Obviously the main thing is to have a laugh (although some may not find riding a bike for over 140 miles very funny!!!)

Day 1 - Whitehaven to Penrith, via Keswick
Day 2 - Keswick to Allenheads via Alston
Day 3 - Allenheads to Sunderland or Tynemouth via Consett
